During the hot summer months we may ship our meltable body products such as our Sugar Scrub, Body Frosting, Body Butter and Lip Butter with reusable cold gel packs and thermal wrap. Orders containing any of these products will only ship Mondays to avoid your package sitting in a hot shipment facility for any longer period of time.
We ask that you please track your package to ensure immediate pick up upon delivery in order to avoid body products sitting in any hot environment. With the exception of our soap and accessories, all other products should be cooled to a room temperature of at least 77 degrees Fahrenheit in an upright position before opening.
